At Katovia Pets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused;
- Be in its original condition;
- Be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery;
- Personalized or custom-made products;
- Gift cards.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
